Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. We ship by USPS priority mail. Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. Orders made Monday-Friday between 9 a.m and 4 p.m EST will be shipped within the next business day. Orders made during the weekend will be fulfilled on Mondays (if it not a holiday).



Shipping Delays

Our goal is to ship your items as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that our carries only provide us with an estimated delivery date. Once your order has left our facilities it is now the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in a timely matter.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged you will receive a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address, unclaimed or refused packages and for orders lost in the mail. All of our orders are insured up to $100, which means that if for any reason your package gets lost in the mail you may submit a claim with USPS.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 business days from the time your item was delivered. To be eligible for a return (store credits), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped back to our facilities within 7 days of us approving your request. If your item is not shipped out within that time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or denied. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased under our "Clearance", bathing suits and all jewelry items do not qualify for exchanges, refunds, or store credits. If your order was made using a debit or credit card it may take up to 10 business day for the credit to show on your account.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return please fill out the return form that is provided in your package. Due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we don’t offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning your current order for a refund following the steps above.
